This game has regional differences. It started when fans of Left 4 Dead were complaining about Valve often taking too long before they actually release their games. In response, Valve decided to create Left 4 Dead 2 in an attempt to prove that they can keep to their schedule and meet their final deadline. However, people were not too pleased about the announcement being just a year after the first game was made when they were promised and expected new content, so they started a boycott as a protest.
It was unsuccessful, as some of the boycotters eventually purchased Left 4 Dead 2 when it was offered at a discount. Also, the released game shipped with a myriad of problems such as animation errorswhich people were not very pleased about, to say the least.
After this whole debacle had ended, people agreed on one thing — Valve Time could actually be positive When you bring Whitaker his cola he will clear the way for you Micheal Bay-style, but you can never actually see Whitaker without noclipping.
He shares a similar appearance to the Fallen Survivor. Also, there doesn't seem to be a hole for the bullets to come out of. The M60 has the same reload animation as the AK, but since it can never have any reserve ammo this is never seen.
The Fallen Survivor was going to be included in the base game but was cut. Of note is that when shot in the chest, they would start a fire much like a gas can. This in turn made it too easy getting rid of hordes. They could be spawned but were very buggy, thus could crash the game and occasionally drop invisible items. These unidentifiable pickups seem to be broken versions of items ranging from Molotov Cocktails to Medkits.
All of these problems were fixed when the Fallen Survivor finally made it into the "The Passing" DLC, and updated to properly act as sources for throwables and healing items. This song was originally used as the intro theme for the Cold Stream campaign, before it was replaced with a L4D-styled one.

Music is a big part of the Left 4 Dead experience. It brings suspense to a bad situation, alerts you when something happens, and sends chills down your spine. The music is dynamic and is controlled by Left 4 Dead 's Director. Most of the music is centered around the experience of the game through the Survivors, though music does play while playing as the Infected.
Left 4 Dead is the main theme of the game. The noticeable cue in this song reoccurs in many other musical pieces in the game, such as in the Tank 's themes. This usage of an often-repeated cue in Left 4 Dead 's soundtrack is similar to how some real-life movies have cues or leitmotifs which recur throughout their soundtracks. Left 4 Death plays upon dying as a Survivor. The first twelve seconds of it play if the Survivors have been overwhelmed.

Left 4 Dead 2 variation's occasionally only plays the last few notes. Skin on Our Teeth plays at the end of every campaign's finale to keep the players on edge when the rescue vehicle has arrived, and the Survivors are attempting to board it while evading the Director's last stand against the Survivors. The theme appears to be a modified section of the Tank theme to set a similar but more urgent mood. The full song plays at the beginning of The Turnpikeand it will not end until the Survivors begin to move along the road. A coding error on the Xbox version PC version is unconfirmed seems to stop this theme from playing completely in some consoles. If one listens closely they will hear a clip of The Monsters Without around 25 seconds through the song. The full song plays at the beginning of The Greenhouseand it will not end until the Survivors have entered the room below them.
Grim Reaper is the theme of the Blood Harvest campaign the name is a reference to the Grim Reaper, the personification of death that uses a scythe to collect souls, a scythe is an also a normal tool to agriculture used for collecting harvests.
